Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address — used to sign you in and send your magic link. We do not send marketing emails.
• Interview data — the questions you were asked, your transcribed answers, and your scores. This is stored so you can review your history.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Custom questions — if you add your own questions, those are stored and associated with your account.

We do not collect your name, phone number, location, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above.

How we use it

• To sign you in and manage your account.
• To run the interview, grade your answers, and store your results.
• To process your subscription payment through Stripe.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Third parties

We use the following services to operate Station Visit:

• Supabase — stores your account and interview data.
• Anthropic — grades your interview answers. Your transcript is sent to Anthropic's API for scoring and is not stored by Anthropic beyond the API call.
• Stripe — processes subscription payments.
• Resend — sends your sign-in emails.
• Vercel — hosts the application.

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data needed for each service to function.

Your rights (California)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell your data.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@stationvisit.com. We will respond within 45 days.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is deleted. To request account deletion, email privacy@stationvisit.com.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Station Visit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
