By using Station Visit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Station Visit is
Station Visit is an interview practice tool for candidates testing for firefighter positions. It provides mock oral board interviews, AI-scored feedback, and preparation resources.
Station Visit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any fire department, hiring agency, or government body. Scores and feedback are for practice purposes only and do not predict, guarantee, or reflect actual hiring outcomes.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older to use Station Visit.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
- One account per person. Do not share your account.
Subscriptions and billing
- Your first interview is free. No credit card required.
- After your free interview, access to additional interviews requires a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account page.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the scoring system or question bank.
- Submit content designed to manipulate or attack the AI grader.
- Use Station Visit for any purpose other than personal interview preparation.
- Share, resell, or distribute access to your account.
Your content
Interview transcripts and custom questions you submit remain yours. By submitting them, you give us permission to store and process them to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Disclaimer
Station Visit is provided as-is. We make no guarantee that using this service will result in passing an oral board or being hired. Interview outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
The AI grader is designed to score consistently with experienced firefighter evaluators, but it is not a substitute for feedback from actual hiring personnel.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Station Visit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of Station Visit after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
